- Click “Contacts” on the toolbar at the top.
- Click "Advanced Search" button on the top right next to “Filter” button and enter search criteria to find duplicate contacts (i.e., Is Duplicate: Yes, Include first name).
- Click search.
- Next to the contact’s name, check the box that appears to the left for the duplicates you would like to merge into one contact.
- Click “Merge” under “Quick Search” on the top of your screen.
- Information will be merged into the contact highlighted in grey.
- Select the fields with the information you want to keep for each category.
- Click “Update Contact” at the bottom of the page.
- Click “Save”.
