1. Click “Contacts” located on the toolbar at the top of your page.
  2. Click on the name of the contact you wish to set an appointment with. 
  3. On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see a “+” button.
  4. Click on the button and a drop down will appear.
  5. Click “Appointment”.
  6. You will be prompted to create a new appointment. 
  7.  Here you can enter the title, date, time, if the event is recurring/all day, a color, who to connect the contact to, and who the appointment is shared with.
  8. You can also click the “Send Invite” check box to automatically send an invitation.
  9. Once finished, click "Create" and it will be saved.
