- Click “Contacts” located on the toolbar at the top of your page.
- Click on the name of the contact you wish to set an appointment with.
- On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see a “+” button.
- Click on the button and a drop down will appear.
- Click “Appointment”.
- You will be prompted to create a new appointment.
- Here you can enter the title, date, time, if the event is recurring/all day, a color, who to connect the contact to, and who the appointment is shared with.
- You can also click the “Send Invite” check box to automatically send an invitation.
- Once finished, click "Create" and it will be saved.
