1. From your main dashboard, select “Contacts” on the top toolbar.
  2. Click anywhere on the contact’s information to view it in detailed view.
  3. You will find the Activity Tracking toolbar right below their name.
  4. Check the boxes when you have completed tasks, “Attempts”, “Contact”, “Product Info” or “Appt Set”.
  5. Checking these boxes ensures you will receive credit in a report.
