1. From your main dashboard, select “Contacts” on the top tool bar.
  2. Click anywhere on the contact to view their information.
  3. Click on the “Product Info” tab. 
  4. Under this section you can select as many product categories as you would like for the contact and their spouse.
  5. Select information such as Contact Type, Product Type, Carrier, and Premium amount for the prospect and spouse.
  6. You can add a new row to their information by clicking the “+Add Data” button.
  7. Once you enter all your information, click “Save”.
  8. Completing this section will automatically check the “Data Capture” box in Activity Tracking.
